There will be a $2,000.00 retainer fee to extend the price for the second half of the 1 million emails that was agreed upon till 9/30/2020. The retainer fee of $2,000.00 can be applied to any other project that may come before 9/30/2020.

Example:

• Total project cost 30k
• 2k is due to hold the price for the second half of the 1 million emails till 9/30/2020
• 13k is due for the second half of the 1 million emails by 9/30/2020
• If the 2k is used to credit towards a new project such as website development, then the total 15k is due by 9/30/2020 for the second half of the 1 million emails
• The second half of the 1 million emails can be targeted to any other industry that Maryam chooses.
